We do not, however, offer lessons or training for any English language exams or certificates, for example, for the Cambridge A1, A2, B1, B2, or C1, C2 levels, for the FCE (First Certificate in English), or for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), etc. To be most effective, our experience shows that you should have a specific goal in mind concerning why you want to improve your English before you start our English language lessons. Having a specific goal is important. Then we can work together to achieve this goal. Makes sense, right? Why should you learn good English? When you have a good knowledge of English, you will not often make mistakes with the language. Thus, you will avoid misunderstanding things in English yourself, and you will avoid causing others, with whom you communicate, to misunderstand what you are saying or writing. You will avoid making a lot of mistakes. We offer tailor-made English training (massgescheiderter Englischunterricht) to meet your specific needs and requirements (or the needs of small groups) located in Basel and in the surrounding areas. We offer you packages of 12.5, 25, or 50 hours of English lessons. The more hours you buy in a package, the lower our hourly rate is. So you can save money! We offer you our support to help you to learn, or to improve your English. Before starting, we suggest that we have a discussion of your situation and your specific goals with you in person.
